Position: Marketing Manager Location: Leicester, on-site Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and passionate marketing specialist to come in and have the opportunity to manage exciting brands that are on a massive growth journey. Coming in, you will start with a focus on one of the brands, allowing you to eventually grow into the role and become a Brand Director, leading the strategy for all brands. Key responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Management – Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement Content Creation & Campaigns – Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to our target audience, including blog posts, email campaigns, infographics, and videos. Website Management & SEO – Manage the company's website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimised for user experience. Email Marketing – Utilise A/B testing, segmentation, and personalisation to increase engagement and conversion rates. What are we looking for: Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms (LI, FB, Twitter, Instagram), website management, Google Analytics, and SEO best practices Creativity: Ability to generate compelling and innovative marketing content that captures attention and drives action Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and refine strategies accordingly Got what it takes?
