Great Opportunity to become a Full Time Duty Manager with BetAnsells, an independent and family run firm of Bookmakers founded in 1920 and operating 5 shops and an online business in Watford . We are ideally seeking applicants with some previous betting office or similar and who may have some supervisory experience and and intersest in Sport . Full Training is available to applicants showing the right attributes. Applicants should also ideally live within a 15 mile radius of Watford and must be willing and able to travel between our Watford branches occasionally. Key responsibilities: Manage and supervise the day to day running of a busy betting shops by processing bets, accessing liabilities, and getting to know customers. Promoting and demonstrating betting products, including our in-shop gaming machines. Ensure the shop is well presented, clean, tidy, and visually appealing. Handle customer enquiries, queries and complaints and using initiative to help resolve any issues.
