This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board. We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Full Time Assistant Manager in our Barbour Flagship Store adjacent to Head Office in Blackbrook, near Newcastle under Lyme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store manager to drive sales, achieve KPI targets and execute store operations to the highest standards.
  • Manage the merchandising of all product onto the shop floor and implement window and internal displays.
  • Responsible for all store operations and team performance in the absence of the Store manager.
  • Drive commercial excellence reinforcing and delivering high standards of customer service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador ensuring you and the team keep up to date with all new products and services.
  • Lead, train and develop your team to maximise their potential and create a culture to ensure the customer is at the centre of everything we do.

What we are looking for:

  • You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion.
  • Attention to detail is key, as is having a flexible approach and the ability to work to targets.

Please note that you will need to be available for interview during February and March 2026.
