This job is a fantastic opportunity to join us in our Outdoor and Country store in Chester. We are looking for someone to support covering the store on the manager's days off and on busy trading days on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will work as part of the management team to drive operational excellence.
- Provide excellent customer service and help maximise sales and achieve agreed store targets.
- Become a brand ambassador; product knowledge is key to ensure you are able to effectively serve customers.
- Handle customer queries confidently and deal with them in a timely manner.
- Undertake all training and development required and actively seek out new opportunities to learn.
- Play an active role in supporting the store management team with store standards.
- Ensure all products are displayed attractively within our visual merchandising guidelines.
- As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will be expected to step up and manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Supervisor, which includes managing the store team, dealing with customer queries, and managing all operational processes.
- Follow the appropriate incident reporting processes when required.
