Who we are looking for
A Trading Graduate who will experience a 12-month development programme, taking them through a comprehensive rotation of key Trading departments.

Our Trading Graduate programme provides you with an opportunity to work within a variety of Trading departments, such as website management, streaming services, odds compilation, in-play trading and performance analysis, whilst gaining invaluable exposure to our products and services.
You will learn about the key areas within Trading and how they are vital to our success. This fast-paced programme will provide you with a platform to accelerate your career.
As we are a 24/7 operation, shift work is a requirement. working any five days from seven including weekends and bank holiday between the hours of 07:00-23:00.
Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Recently achieved degree, or on track to achieve a 2:1 classification or higher.
- Genuine passion for sports and the gambling industry.
- Strong mathematical ability and numerical reasoning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to fast changing requirements.
- Experience of strong relationship building and teamwork.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Driven and proactive approach to work.
