An insurance-focused Supplier Relationship Officer (SRO), who will play an instrumental role in safeguarding the Company's global operations. This position is central to our company-wide insurance strategy, ensuring that we are protected and compliant as the Business continues to expand.
Acting as the primary point of contact between the Company and our insurance brokers, you will manage our global insurance policies to ensure they remain up-to-date, accurate, and effective. A key part of your role will be gathering intelligence on business developments, regulatory changes, and in-territory needs. You will use this information to research, educate, coordinate, and secure the right policies and endorsements. To mitigate risk and ensure compliance, regular reviews and checks are essential to confirm processes are in place across the Business.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy. If successful you will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from your first day of employment.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience- Extensive experience working in an office environment.

- Knowledge of commercials and negotiation.
- Level 3 Certificate in Insurance.
- Acting as the primary contact between the Business and insurance broker(s).
- Ensuring global insurance policies are up-to-date and accurately managed.
- Gathering information on Business changes to secure appropriate insurance coverage.
- Conducting regular reviews of insurance processes across the Business.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational insurance requirements.
- Developing and maintain a centralised view of the insurance category.
- Managing broker relationships to optimise service delivery.
- Coordinating insurance policy renewals and new applications.
- Communicating changes of circumstances to the broker.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation within the Procurement Department.
