Qualifications
- Proven background in facilities maintenance or a similar trade
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to manage a varied workload independently
- Keen eye for detail and high standards of workmanship
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience operating specialised access equipment such as scissor lifts, cherry pickers, or telehandlers
