As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will play a strategic role in partnering with the Business to attract and acquire top talent.
You will lead a team to spearhead our strategic recruitment initiatives within our technology departments. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle for specialist roles utilising various recruitment channels to source diverse and high quality candidates whilst keeping abreast of industry trends and best practice. Driving the recruitment process, you will ensure alignment with our recruitment strategy.
