Who we are looking for
A Marketing Content Trainee, who will be looking to take their first steps into a Marketing career.
The Marketing Content Academy provides the opportunity to experience the various marketing content teams, to gain an invaluable insight into the skills and tools essential to providing customers with localised, engaging content worldwide.
Our marketing content teams deliver first-class content, both on and off site. We create and deliver the promotional material seen on the Sports and Gaming sites, digital media channels and accompanying communications to customers worldwide.
The Marketing Content Academy is open to everyone. Whether you are fresh out of higher education or looking for a career change. If you have an enthusiasm to advance your own learning and knowledge of all things marketing content, this academy could be the place for you.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Strong written English skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with key stakeholders, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiasm for helping to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- IT literate, with a keen interest or experience in the creation and implementation of marketing content.
- Keen eye for detail, with the capacity to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
- Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities
- Writing, proofreading and publishing customer content in line with Company guidelines.
- Conducting content reviews from both a consumer-based and regulatory perspective.
- Coordinating the translation of content in available languages.
- Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure promotional content is produced on time and meets the agreed briefs.
- Testing the functionality of Sports and Gaming promotional content and customer communications.
- Working to a high standard and assisting in the setting of those standards.
