Job Description

As a Senior Software Developer, you will spearhead ground breaking innovation and foster a culture of excellence in AI-driven engineering on our facial recognition and identity platform.

The Cerberus real-time identity platform is a cornerstone of our global success, driving essential identity, compliance, and operational functions within highly regulated jurisdictions.

The platform leverages cutting-edge AI technology to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

The engineering team designs and implements robust facial recognition and identity systems.

It works in a full-stack environment to support global expansion, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

This role sets the standard for a talented group of developers to innovate and excel in delivering reliable solutions.

It embraces an AI-first culture and champions the adoption of next-generation tooling and image analysis to accelerate delivery and enhance code quality.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid work from home policy.

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of Kafka, SQL, . Net, Golang or React.
  • Proven experience building highly scalable systems, preferably in the cloud (GCP valued).
  • Proficiency in developing customer-centric front-end solutions.
  • Exposure to No SQL datastores.
  • Leadership experience within development teams and technical project delivery.
  • Capability in technical leadership, mentorship, pairing opportunities, and code reviews.
  • Strong technical documentation skills.
  • Deep understanding of large-scale, highly available, multiuser, service-based systems.
  • Familiarity with on-call rotations and incident response.

  • Act as a point of escalation for the team both in and out of office hours.
  • Lead the development of scalable, maintainable, and performant systems.
  • Apply active governance around overall solution design and code quality.
  • Ensure solutions meet the needs of the Business.
