Who we are looking for
A Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who will work as part of a team to maintain our varied portfolio in multiple locations on both reactive and planned works.
As a multi-skilled tradesperson your role will be to maintain our buildings to the highest standards alongside meeting HSE building compliance legislation and carrying out pre-planned and reactive maintenance.
Proven experience of working within facilities management of commercial buildings would be advantageous.
You are required to work Monday – Friday alongside providing an on-call service which operates on a rota basis, overtime may also be required on weekends for critical works.

- Proficient in multiple maintenance disciplines.
- Experience of COSHH, risk assessments and permits to work.
- Computer literate including Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience of Working at Height, IPAF and PASMA.
- Knowledge of Legionella Hot & Cold-Water Systems.
- Ability to communicate to all stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise tasks with a flexible approach to working.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Possession of a current valid driving licence is essential.
Main Responsibilities
- Completing a full range of general maintenance duties to a high standard.
- Performing reactive and pre-planned maintenance works.
- Providing on call response to out of hours emergencies.
- Performing a wide scope of general maintenance tasks including joinery, painting and decorating, basic plumbing and minor electrical works to a high standard.
