Job Description
As a Learning Management System Administrator, you will ensure seamless LMS functionality, compile reports and provide excellent service in response to user queries.
Reporting directly to the LMS Technical Lead, this position plays a key role in shaping the learning journey for our end users.
You will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and testing learning resources within our Learning Management System, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for everyone. This role involves delivering excellent service to users queries and compiling and distributing insightful reports to stakeholders.
Successful applicants will be highly motivated, positive, have excellent attention to detail and be passionate about working in a Learning and Development environment.
Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
This is a part-time role, offering 20 hours per week, based at our Stoke office. We offer flexibility in structuring your shifts and working days, which can be discussed further at interview.
Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- Computer literate and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
Additional Information
- Responding to user queries via email and Microsoft Teams, providing excellent service at all times.
- Uploading learning resources, building and maintaining course tiles and learning paths in the LMS.
- Building and maintaining assessments using Adobe Captivate.
- Following test scripts to ensure functionality of the LMS.
- Generating and distributing reports.
- Supporting the LMS Technical Lead with administrative tasks.
