Who we are looking for
A Junior Creative Designer, who will be required to assist in creating content for the Company’s affiliate banners, site and social media pages.
Working within the Creative Design team, you will work closely with our Senior Creative Designers and other team members to bring our brand to life. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your design skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
A passion for the principles of design including layout, typography, artwork and branding is essential. You will have the versatility to create design solutions for use across our products and platforms, whilst adhering to brand standards and consistency.
You will have the ability to think creatively and develop engaging designs. We foster a collaborative and supportive environment where you\'ll be encouraged to learn and grow.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.
A portfolio or creative examples must be submitted to support your application.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Ability to interpret a brief and adapt when expectations change at short notice.
• Excellent communication skills and open to feedback.
• Good sports and betting knowledge is preferable, but not essential.
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly whilst under pressure, with excellent attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities
• Creating and producing high quality imagery adhering to product and company brand guidelines.
• Managing a brief from concept through to completion, ensuring it meets the required deadlines and meets the agreed criteria/style set out.
• Reacting and adapting to feedback from the Senior Designer, Creative Coordinators and Senior Management.
• Working alongside Creative Coordinators on a daily basis, responding to a variety of design requests.
• Checking all imagery and concepts prior to production.
• Amending existing promotional artwork.
