As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide expert tech support to our Directors and senior leaders, ensuring they stay connected and productive. You will be responsible for technology incidents and requests which are raised, ensuring that they are resolved, or appropriately escalated and managed to resolution. You will also proactively maintain, assess suitability and suggest improvements of all hardware and software. In this role, it is critical that you can identify and anticipate changes that may have a positive or negative impact on the technology used. You will offer alternative and future solutions to be considered and adopted within the Business. At times, you may also support the wider Business alongside 2nd and 3rd line support teams.
We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter who will operate with a sense of urgency, whilst demonstrating flexibility and openness to learning new and exciting technology skills. The role demands high levels of trust, confidence and professionalism at all times. An on-site presence and travelling to other locations will be required.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting executive or VIP users.
- Expertise in Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
- Hands-on support for PC, Mac, iOS, and Android.
- Knowledge of anti-virus and security software.
- Experience with Teams, Zoom, and video conferencing.
- Ability to explain complex tech to non-technical users.
