Who we are looking for Working with the Facilities Services Manager, you will be responsible for the high level of cleaning provided by our team of cleaners. You will ensure that work is completed in a timely manner, to a high standard and that all tasks comply with Health and Safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of team management, as performance and development of staff is a crucial part of this role. This position is offered on a part time basis, our night shifts follows a 7 nights-on 7 nights-off pattern Monday to Sunday, which is followed by a full 7 nights off. A typical night shift will require you to work Monday 18:00-03:30 and Tuesday to Sunday 18:00-03:00, immediate start dates are available following the completion of our recruitment process. Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment. Preferred skills and experience Professional cleaning experience, with a flexible approach to work. Full understanding of COSHH. Experience in the performance and development of staff, including objective setting. Excellent communication skills. Efficient and effective team management skills. Understand Health and Safety guidelines and expectations. Competent IT skills. Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
