Overview

As a Cleaner, you will work as part of a team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout our offices.

You will be an integral part of the cleaning team; you will report directly to the Facilities Service Manager who will allocate tasks for completion.

The ideal candidate will be required to complete general cleaning duties in various areas within the building including washroom facilities whilst following all Manual Handling and COSHH regulations.

Whilst previous experience in cleaning and handling industrial cleaning equipment would be advantageous, full training will be provided.

The position is offered on part time basis, typically working every Saturday between the hours of 07:30 – 16:00.

Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment.

Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Basic computer skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to use your own initiative towards work.
  • Knowledge of COSHH regulations.
  • Works well within a team or independently using own initiative.

Main Responsibilities

  • Sanitising washroom facilities, hoovering, mopping, as well as high- and low-level dusting.
  • Completing tasks set by the Facilities Service Manager.
  • Refilling and replenishing stock.
  • Completing work schedules in a timely manner.
