Working directly with our Video and Creative team, you will provide high quality motion and static content for a range of platforms with a strong focus on creative design.
You will manage briefs in a timely fashion and suggest ways that we can improve our overall offering and present original ideas.
Demonstrating a strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines will be key.This role calls for a highly motivated, positive professional with excellent communication skills.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Demonstrable experience as a Motion Designer, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and design capabilities.
Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop for image manipulation, graphic design and asset preparation.
Strong understanding of design principles including typography, colour theory, composition and layout.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable switching between high level briefs and hands-on production.
Proficiency in layout, timing and motion-based storytelling.
Experience with AI video generation and editing preferred but not essential.
What you will be doing
Conceptualising, designing and producing high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing, social media, website content and internal communications.
Utilising Adobe After Effects and Photoshop extensively to create, edit and optimise graphic assets and visual elements for both animated and static application.
Developing compelling visual narratives and dynamic content that aligns with Company’s brand identity and campaign objectives.
Collaborating closely with marketing, product and content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful visual solutions.
Ensuring all design output is technically sound, on-brand and delivered to a high standard within project timelines.
Keeping up-to date with the latest industry trends, design techniques and motion graphics software to continually enhance our creative output.
