We are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team supporting and developing our global platforms. As part of the On-Premise and Cloud Operations team, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation, support and optimisation of key IT platforms across both on-premise and cloud environments. This team is a key part of the wider IT Engineering function, ensuring platform stability, high service availability, and efficient incident resolution, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across tooling, automation and processes.
You will have experience as a multi-skilled and highly adaptable engineer who can support operational delivery, while looking to develop deeper technical expertise in one or more technology areas.
Preferred Skills and Experience- Preferred experience using Citrix XenServer, Virtual Apps and Desktops.
- Proven experience with Identity and Access technologies, such as Okta and Entra ID.
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies such as M365, AVD and GCP.
- Experience using Exchange SE/Online and Cisco ESA is desirable.
- Commercial experience with Active Directory/Group Policy is required.
- Understanding of Ivanti UWM.
- Monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk.
- Experience in using PowerShell scripting is preferred.
- Building access and monitoring technologies, such as Net2/CCTV.
- Installing, managing, and monitoring highly available Citrix infrastructure.
- Managing and monitoring mail services, Exchange, and ESA.
- Managing and monitoring identity and access using Okta and Entra ID.
- Optimising the M365 environment for the business.
- Troubleshooting complex issues and drive them to resolution.
- Writing scripts to automate processes and accelerate common tasks.
- Managing Group Policy and personalisation.
- Maintaining up-to-date documentation and share knowledge with the team.
