We are looking for a Senior Retail Operations Coordinator to join our Central Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small team whilst working cross-functionally to ensure that our retail and trade activity plan is effectively coordinated, communicated and delivered. You will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence supporting sales growth and enhancing the retailer experience. You will take ownership of complex or recurring retailer issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing, owning and coordinating the retail and trade activity plan across our brands, ensuring activity is aligned, effectively planned and delivered to support sales growth.
- Establishing clear objectives and performance measures for sales-driving activity, using results and insight to understand effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve future performance.
- Acting as a key point of contact for complex retailer issues, working collaboratively across functions to ensure problems are understood, prioritised and resolved effectively.
- Leading investigations into recurring retailer issues, applying root-cause analysis techniques to identify underlying problems and implement long-term solutions.
- Analysing retailer feedback and issues, translating insights into improvements across processes, systems and ways of working.
- Supporting, coaching and developing a small team, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Ensuring learnings from retailer issues are shared across brands and functions, driving continuous improvement and a better overall retailer experience.
