Executive Support & Organisation
- Managing a busy and ever-changing diary, ensuring time is used effectively
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring all attendees are fully briefed
- Supporting multiple stakeholders across the business
Communication & Coordination
- Drafting high-quality letters, emails, and professional correspondence
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external partners
- Handling communications with discretion, professionalism, and confidence
Administration & Systems
- Preparing presentations and documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Supporting the use of internal HR and IT systems
- Managing inboxes, prioritising messages, and flagging urgent matters
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Partnering with other PAs and the wider leadership team
- Providing support wherever needed to ensure team success
- Championing Bestway's values, culture, and standards
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel & Word)
- Excellent communication skills-confident, professional, and approachable
- A natural planner with outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with care and discretion
- Calm under pressure with excellent time management skills
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to go the extra mile
