We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Communication Executive to join our team in Dunnington, York. You will work with the Retail Communications Manager to deliver the highest level of communication and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Producing weekly newsletters, including content creation, design, and proofreading ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Interpreting information from internal and external stakeholders to produce email, WhatsApp and online communications for independent retailers.
  • Building internal and external relationships with the marketing, trade and sales team, as well as retailers.
  • Performing weekly administration tasks to track retailer engagement and maintain accurate distribution lists.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, internally and externally.
  • Knowledge of Canva Pro is desired but not essential.
