We are looking for a Business Support Administrator to work with the Business Support Manager and Team Leads to deliver the highest level of Customer Service and Business Administration support to the organisation and its membership.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Management of pipeline tracker and launch planner
- Maintenance of contracts in line with business needs and changes
- Ensure transparency of performance and information
- Responsible for maintaining awareness of competitor terms, conditions, and activity
- Ensure inbound retailer leads are handled within prescribed SLA
- Outbound fact finding of opportunities within high profile groups of retail stores
- Profile building amongst necessary external stakeholders
- Liaising with internal colleagues for Lead Opportunities (Direct to Store/Development)
- Be the central touch point between the New Business team and Head Office
- Liaise with credit team around anomalies that could pose a risk to Bestway or potentially hinder opportunities
- Work closely with Head of New Business and Acquisitions to ensure best practice is shared
- Owning all contacts through to resolution
