This is the face of our business and a key part of our success. We are looking for someone who is driven and dedicated to exceptional customer service. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy interacting with people and are a self-starter who takes initiative to do what needs to be done, we would love to consider you for this role. Many of our most successful Regional and Area Managers started their careers as store assistants, and we would love to see more of that success in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge customers in a friendly and welcoming way
  • Respond to queues and queries quickly and efficiently
  • Be attentive to customer needs
  • Be courteous, cheerful and respectful
  • Recommend products and promotions
  • Carry out freshness checks
  • Ensure till accuracy
  • Perform stock replenishment and merchandising in accordance with company guidelines
