About The Role

This is the face of our business and key to our success. We are looking for someone who is driven and dedicated to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Acknowledge customers in a friendly and welcoming way
Respond to queues and queries quickly and efficiently
Be attentive to customer needs
Always be courteous, cheerful, and respectful
Recommend products and promotions
Carry out freshness checks
Ensure till accuracy
Perform stock replenishment and merchandising according to company guidelines
