This is the face of our business and key to our success. We are looking for someone who is driven and dedicated to exceptional customer service. If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy interacting with people, and are a self-starter who takes initiative, this could be a great career for you. Many of our successful Regional and Area Managers started their careers as store assistants, and we would love to support similar growth in the future.
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge customers in a friendly and welcoming way
- Respond to queues and queries quickly and efficiently
- Attend to customer needs
- Be courteous, cheerful and respectful
- Recommend products and promotions
- Carry out freshness checks
- Ensure till accuracy
- Perform stock replenishment and merchandising in accordance with company guidelines
