Responsibilities

• Acknowledge customers in a friendly and welcoming way
• Respond to queues and queries quickly and efficiently
• Attend to customer needs
• Be courteous, cheerful, and respectful
• Recommend products and promotions
• Carry out freshness checks
• Ensure till accuracy
• Perform stock replenishment and merchandising according to company guidelines
