Responsibilities
- Acknowledge customers in a friendly and welcoming way
- Respond to queues and queries quickly and efficiently
- Attend to customer needs
- Be courteous, cheerful, and respectful
- Recommend products and promotions
- Carry out freshness checks
- Ensure till accuracy
- Perform stock replenishment and merchandising according to company guidelines
