About The Role
As a National Store Development Manager, you will be responsible for store developments within the Bestway Group. You will achieve an enhanced look and feel by delivering all projects with the latest brand specifications and store formats.

Responsibilities
- Strategic
- Implement the store design specifications across all brands ensuring compliance with Group store brand principles.
- Ensure compliance with Group store formats.
- Innovate and consider future needs of retailers and consumers by continually evaluating future requirements.
- Deliver cost‑effective solutions while providing the highest level of investment value.
- Manage and maintain the store development process and critical path to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
- Ensure all projects are legally compliant and meet health and safety requirements.
- Produce quality CAD plans highlighting all contract of works and layouts.
- Deliver projects to Bestway Group store specifications, maintaining brand integrity using equipment from preferred suppliers.
- Provide communication updates on developments to retailers, suppliers, and colleagues, especially RSMs and ASMs.
- Monitor commission budgets/targets within the region.
- Present and conduct oneself professionally.
- Review performance data, activity reports and metrics to monitor team productivity, goal achievement, and overall effectiveness versus company objectives.
- Identify potential development leads through close interaction with RSMs/ASMs and Recruitment Executives.
- Pro‑actively support cross‑functional work to drive and increase sales and performance across the group.
