The predicted salary is between 28 - 28 £ per hour.

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Kirkintilloch. This community pharmacy is commutable from Glasgow and is located on the high street. It has a great relationship with the GP surgery/health centre.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

  • It dispenses 1,000 items a week
  • It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, all NHS and private services.
  • It provides services to substance misuse patients.
  • It dispenses 80 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm Saturday. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of a Team Manager, 3 dispensers and one full time pharmacy assistant.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

We can offer consistent rotas and geographical coverage that suits you. But there is much more we offer in terms of developing and growing your career. You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers. We are focused on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
