Your main responsibilities include:
- Presenting the store in-line with the company brand standards guidelines
- Promptly resolving or reporting all issues affecting the customer experience
- Communicating positively with all colleagues, offering advice and assistance when needed
- Building relationships with the local community to develop a positive representation of the brand
- Ensuring Company Policies and Procedures are always followed and adhered to
- Upselling and promoting our company-wide promotions
- Providing training to new members of the team
- Continually advancing your product knowledge and that of other employees
- Ensuring store control guidelines are followed by all team members
