This is the face of our business and key to our success. We are looking for someone who is driven and dedicated to exceptional customer service. If you have a keen eye for detail, love interacting with people and you are a self-starter that when you see something that needs to be done you go ahead and do it, we have a great career for you. Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge customers in a friendly and welcoming way
- Respond to queues and queries quickly and efficiently
- Be attentive to customer needs
- Always be courteous, cheerful and respectful
- Recommend products and promotions
- Carry out freshness checks
- Perform stock replenishment and merchandising in accordance with company guidelines
