Your main responsibilities include:

  • Presenting the store in-line with the company brand standards guidelines
  • Promptly resolving or reporting all issues affecting the customer experience
  • Communicating positively with all colleagues, offering advice and assistance when needed
  • Building relationships with the local community to develop a positive representation of the brand
  • Ensuring Company Policies and Procedures are always followed and adhered to
  • Upselling and promoting our company-wide promotions
  • Providing training to new members of the team
  • Continually advancing your product knowledge and that of other employees
  • Ensuring store control guidelines are followed by all team members
