As a Food Service/Fast Food Territory Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with independent operators and caterers within your designated region. This is a field based role where your ability to connect with customers, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions will be key to your success.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing key accounts, managing a strategic journey plan and working closely with supplier partners to deliver impactful sales initiatives. This is a dynamic and rewarding opportunity for a self motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about the food service industry.
Responsibilities:- Maximise sales to Independent Fast Food Operators & Caterers in a defined region whilst maintaining the highest possible level of professional and ethical standards.
- Create a targeted group of customers as key trading accounts in conjunction with the relevant Sales Manager in each Region.
- Effectively manage a journey plan that covers all relevant customers within the territory.
- Identify, register and recruit new accounts to increase sales, cash profit and grow net customer count.
- Work with key supplier partners to develop sales and other initiatives with specific customer accounts within the territory.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties of a Foodservice Territory Sales Manager, as defined by the Regional Sales Manager.
