About the role

We’re looking for a Revenue Growth Management Controller to own and evolve our pricing and promotions strategy, working cross-functionally with the Category, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross‑functional pricing governance with Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
  • Partner with Category Leads to set pricing, promotions, KVIs, and vendor‑funded events.
  • Collaborate with Finance to validate margin, forecast impacts, scenario‑model pricing actions.
  • Work with Data & Analytics/BI teams to improve reporting, models and measurement tools.
  • Engage Supply Chain on availability risks when planning promotions.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring and development to Pricing Analysts.
  • Build a strong pricing culture with coaching, upskilling and structured review processes.
  • Represent Pricing in cross‑functional steering groups and trading meetings.
  • Lead change management for new pricing tools and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in measurement, elasticity modelling and promo ROI.

The Ideal Candidate

Experience

Minimum 7+ years in pricing, commercial, or analytical roles.

  • Background in PE firms, Retail and/or Food/CPG suppliers.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Maths, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative fields would be advantageous
