We're looking for a confident and driven Analyst to join us on a 6-month basis to support with a key project. Utilising your excellent Excel skills, you'll work closely with our Commercial Finance and Buying teams to support with data analysis and auditing.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Commercial Finance teams and Buying teams to:
- Analyse and validate supplier funding arrangements
- Review and audit supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain and manage SharePoint repositories, ensuring data is accurate, organised, and up to date
- Provide support across finance and buying functions through effective stakeholder engagement
- Assist in identifying discrepancies, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls
The Ideal Candidate
- Advanced Excel skills (essential), including data analysis and reconciliation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams (buyers, assistants, finance teams)
- Desirable: Exposure to or experience in project management
