Bestway Group in the UK is seeking a RICS Qualified Estates Manager to oversee the group’s property portfolio, including circa 150 stores and 70 residential units nationwide. You will lead landlord and tenant negotiations, leases, rating and cost control.
Working with the Head of Property, you will shape mid- to long-term strategy, manage acquisitions and dispositions, rent reviews, and drive efficiency and growth across the estate.
