About the role

We’re looking for a Fleet Coordinator to provide end-to-end administrative and operational support for the company fleet, ensuring vehicle records, compliance documentation, fuel card management, reporting, invoice processing, and supplier communications are maintained accurately and efficiently.

The role supports smooth day-to-day fleet operations, timely compliance follow-up, reliable reporting, and a professional service to drivers and internal stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, accurate, service-focused and confident in managing multiple priorities while supporting compliance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain fleet records and vehicle documentation using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Monitor vehicle compliance, including MOTs, insurance, and road tax.
  • Manage fuel cards, toll accounts, and fleet-related online portals.
  • Maintain fleet data, process supplier invoices, and validate account charges.
  • Coordinate with drivers and respond to fleet-related enquiries.
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accurate records.
  • Record, process, and track Police Notices on a daily basis.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in fleet, transport, logistics, administration, or accounts support.
  • Good Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
