Bestway is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and supporting financial controls across the business. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile supplier statements with ledgers
  • Respond to supplier queries and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers
  • Review and implement process for expense invoices and payments
  • Liaise with offshore team to ensure timely processed invoices and queries
  • Liaise with the stores to ensure the deliveries are processed before payments
  • Visit stores to review processes
  • Assist the internal audit team to review the supplier income

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
