We are looking for a recruitment professional who will provide a consultative, end-to-end customer focussed, collaborative, innovative, professional and high quality recruitment service to our stakeholders. As the Internal Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our recruitment strategy across Bestway. Working closely with the Recruitment and Talent Lead, HR Business Partners and hiring managers, the recruitment team works to comprehensively understand the business areas in order to fulfil our current and future resourcing requirements and ensures that candidates are given the very best candidate experience. The key focus of the role is to continue to reduce our need for external agencies by attracting the very best talent directly.
Your main responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment across all business areas, working closely with both the business and HRBPs. Identify and source high quality candidates through a variety of routes to market, continually evaluate and redesign processes and ways of working and look at ways of stream-lining recruitment processes and procedures to better support the business.
- Candidate Journey: Reviewing the candidate journey and application process – making continuous improvements aligned to market insights.
- Systems: Ensuring ATS is kept up to date with accurate information, tracking and improving the application processes, maintain the Recruitment group inbox; responding to queries in a timely manner and with SLA. Maintain Recruitment data (recruitment tracker).
- Social Media: Ensuring an engaging social media plan is implemented and executed through selected channels (LinkedIn, Facebook and any other means), management of LinkedIn account ensuring collaboration with the social media marketing team.
- Onboarding: Review the onboarding process and work with HR team making continuous improvements aligned to market insights.
- Agency: Managing relationships with preferred recruitment agencies once PSL in place and terms agreed.
- Talent Pipeline: Assist with developing direct sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn and other applicable channels; identify external talent and nurture relationships for future roles.
- Apprenticeships: Manage enquiries to apprenticeships and relationships with providers – regularly update progress and new learners.
About You:
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process from an in-house or agency environment.
- Proven track record of recruiting across a variety of functions (ideally HO functions).
- Demonstrate creative sourcing strategies.
- A confident communicator as you will be responsible for arranging interviews, liaising with hiring managers of all levels, candidates and recruitment agencies on a daily basis.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and proven in your ability to manage multiple priorities at any one time.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Strong influencing style, articulate and confident, comfortable in liaising with senior level stakeholders.
- Experience of effectively managing own workload to meet deadlines, using initiative when required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build rapport when meeting new people and adapt your style to suit the situation.
