Your main responsibilities include:

  • Presenting the store in-line with the company brand standards guidelines
  • Promptly resolving or reporting all issues affecting the customer experience

  • Ensuring Company Policies and Procedures are always followed and adhered to
  • Upselling and promoting our company-wide promotions
