We're looking for a Pricing Controller to own and evolve our pricing and promotions strategy, working cross-functionally with the Category, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional pricing governance with Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial teams.
- Partner with Category Leads to set pricing, promotions, KVIs, and vendor-funded events.
- Collaborate with Finance to validate margin, forecast impacts, scenario model pricing actions.
- Work with Data & Analytics / BI teams to improve reporting, models and measurement tools.
- Engage Supply Chain on availability risks when planning promotions.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and development to Pricing Analysts.
- Build a strong pricing culture with coaching, upskilling and structured review processes.
- Represent Pricing in cross-functional steering groups and trading meetings.
- Lead change management for new pricing tools and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in measurement, elasticity modelling and promo ROI.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years in pricing, commercial or analytical roles.
- Background in PE firms, Retail and/or Food/CPG suppliers.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Maths, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative fields (advantageous).
