Your main responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the forecourt and retail store
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Ensure health & safety, security, and compliance with all operational standards
  • Monitor stock levels, fuel deliveries, and merchandising displays
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective promotions and upselling
  • Handle cash management, banking, and financial reporting
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the site

About You

  • Previous experience in a retail, forecourt, or convenience store management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Commercially aware with a focus on sales and profit
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of health & safety regulations
