Your main responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the forecourt and retail store
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of staff to deliver outstanding service
- Ensure health & safety, security, and compliance with all operational standards
- Monitor stock levels, fuel deliveries, and merchandising displays
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective promotions and upselling
- Handle cash management, banking, and financial reporting
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across the site
About You
- Previous experience in a retail, forecourt, or convenience store management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercially aware with a focus on sales and profit
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations
