ONLY STORES is experiencing strong growth, and the UK is our next strategic step. We have just opened our first three stores and have ambitious expansion plans. We are now looking for a strong and action-oriented Retail Country Manager to take full responsibility for building, scaling, and optimizing the business in the UK – both strategically and operationally.
YOUR ROLE
- Full P/L responsibility for the UK
- Drive performance and secure growth in revenue and EBIT
- Open and optimise stores
- Recruit, develop, and motivate strong leadership teams
- Provide close, daily support to stores
- Collaborate with buying, merchandising, and controlling
- Optimise visual execution and product performance
- Budget follow-up, KPI management, and overall performance responsibility
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven retail professional with strong fashion awareness and a commercial mindset. You have experience from a similar role – perhaps as a Country Manager or an experienced Area Manager – and are ready to take the next step and help build a market from the ground up. You work in a structured and analytical way, while also being energetic and action oriented. You create engagement and ownership among your leaders and communicate clearly and confidently. You thrive in a high-paced environment with significant mobility and clear ambitions, and you are motivated by being where results are created.
We expect that you:
- Have solid experience in store operations and leadership within fashion and retail
- Have documented results in improving performance and developing teams
- Possess strong collaboration and communication skills
- Have strong business understanding and insight into buying and sales processes
- Are analytically strong and comfortable working with KPIs
- Are an advanced user of Microsoft Office
LOCATION
UK – based in the market. Significant travel activity should be expected.
