As a Supervisor at JJXX, you will lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient stock management, maintaining store standards, and driving visual merchandising. In this role, you’ll provide guidance and support to Sales Assistants, manage shifts, and handle customer inquiries and complaints. You will also assist with training new staff, monitor performance, and ensure the store meets company guidelines and policies.
