This is a great 14-month maternity cover opportunity to join a family-owned business that truly puts our people first. The role start date is: 6th October 2026.

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support colleagues across our Wholesale offices and warehouse (BESTSELLER Wholesale and ALIGNE), acting as a key point of contact across all offices, with a focus on health & safety and facility management.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Facilities & Maintenance: Ensure all offices are maintained to exceptional standards, proactively resolving maintenance issues. Act as the primary point of contact for all facilities providers and contractors. Coordinate and attend all scheduled maintenance visits and appointments in person.
  • Technology, Connectivity & Equipment Management: Oversee all office technology and connectivity, ensuring contracts are current and aligned with global standards. Maintain all company equipment (including monitors, TVs, laptops and mobile phones etc), ensuring items are fully operational and servicing is arranged when required. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including ordering, configuring and recovering equipment for new joiners and leavers.
  • Company Fleet Management: Manage the company car fleet, including carpool processes, fuel cards, compliance requirements and colleague support & training.
  • Security: Ensure all buildings are secure, with robust processes and documentation in place. Manage and train key holders, ensuring clarity of responsibilities and compliance.
  • Health & Safety: Partner with external providers (Business Safe, Peninsula) to maintain safe and compliant environments across all UK sites and Aligne offices. Oversee Mobaro reporting (weekly/monthly), H&S audits and visits, fire drills, annual policy & risk assessment reviews and new starter training. First Aid Qualified.
  • Contractor & Supplier Management: Negotiate and manage contracts in partnership with the Logistics & Operations Manager across housekeeping, landlords, maintenance, IT, health & safety, utilities, mobile phones and fleet. Build strong supplier relationships while ensuring high performance standards and competitive pricing.
  • Utilities Management: Manage utility providers, monitor usage and costs, submit meter readings and coordinate site visits as required.
  • Events: Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all events.
  • Office FWD Programme: Ensure office facilities, utilities, and company cars are regularly reviewed and aligned with Office FWD targets, driving operational efficiency and cost control.
  • Project Management: Act as facilities lead for office relocations, refurbishments and expansions.
  • Process Optimisation & Collaboration: Manage the localised movement of samples between warehouse, showrooms and partners ensuring cost efficiencies. Manage in collaboration with the BCE team the London Stockroom. Continuously review and improve facilities processes to enhance efficiency and cost effectiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless BESTSELLER workplace experience.
