Join our club as our JACK & JONES Supervisor in Newcastle - Metro and take responsibility within our Store Management team to drive the best in-store experience for our customers and our colleagues.
Responsibilities

- As Supervisor, your role is to deliver this.
- Working in partnership with the Store Management team.
- As a role model to the team, you drive a great atmosphere in store.
- You analyse the sales figures on a daily basis and make the right commercial choices.
- Personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPI’s, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations.
Please note that this is for a 24-hour a week contract.

- Experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or Supervisor within retail.
- Good communication and social skills.
