What you’ll do:
- Team Development: Regularly evaluate, support, train, and coach team members on product knowledge, styling, selling techniques, and operating procedures.
- Collaboration with District Manager: Partner with the District Manager to document conversations, create performance improvement plans, and manage corrective action processes.
- Talent Development: Foster in-store talent and identify future leaders by promoting internal team members.
- Operational Excellence: Execute store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
What it takes:
- 2-5 years of proven store management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Track record in maintaining operational excellence, including analyzing KPIs, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, developing talent, and mentoring team members.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
