THE ROLE
Our universe is a drama free zone, it is shopping made easy. It’s good jeans with good vibes. Product, people, and great results that’s all that matters in our world. As Assistant Store Manager, your role is to:
- Work in partnership with the Store Management team
- Act as a role model to the team, driving a great atmosphere in store
- Analyse the sales figures on a daily basis and make the right commercial choices
- Facilitate personal and team growth and development to deliver on KPIs, product knowledge, service, visual merchandising, and operations

- Experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager within retail
- Good communication and social skills
