We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and hands-on Operations Manager to help lead our day-to-day operations and support our continued growth.
Assist with picking, packing and dispatching orders when required.
Supervise warehouse staff and help maintain productivity and accuracy.
Serve customers at our trade counter, offering friendly advice and helping them source the products they need.
Liaise with office staff to ensure orders, stock and customer enquiries are managed efficiently.
Monitor warehouse performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Good computer skills and confidence using business software.
A full UK driving licence.
Forklift Truck Licence (preferred but not essential).
Experience within a builders' merchant, industrial supplier, warehouse or distribution environment.
Stock control or inventory management experience.
Working Hours
This is a full-time permanent position.
Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday; however, flexibility is essential as occasional evening or weekend working may be required to meet the needs of the business.
