About the Role
As the Head of IT & Digital Architecture, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery, maintenance, and continual improvement of IT strategy, services, and operations for both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Oversight: Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT services, with a strong emphasis on secure and efficient operations of the Azure cloud environment, infrastructure, end-user devices, and applications.
- Technology Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of the operational aspects of the technology strategy and roadmap, with Azure as a core component, ensuring alignment with broader enterprise plans.
- Project Management: Oversee technology change projects throughout the full lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and implement mitigations for IT-related risks, including business continuity and disaster recovery, with a focus on Azure-based solutions.
