ServiceNow Engineer – 6 Months Contract – Inside IR35
We are working with a global technology firm looking for a ServiceNow Engineer to support an IAM tooling migration.
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to support an ongoing upgrade, focusing on Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and develop the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, and Clear Skye IAM modules.
- Implement and manage identity governance workflows, including Joiners/Movers/Leavers processes.
- Develop and maintain integrations with systems like Oracle Fusion and Active Directory.
- Optimize ServiceNow Discovery and ensure CMDB accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions and platform enhancements.
- Perform platform upgrades, manage APIs, and troubleshoot issues.
Skills Required
- Clear Skye IAM expertise (mandatory).
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator with 3+ years of experience.
- Strong scripting and integration skills (REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, HTML).
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, and non-ITSM modules like HRSD or CSM.
- Knowledge of ACLs, Discovery configuration, and monitoring solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
